Short phrases that beat panic paragraphs during chases.

Callout Sheet

In EMOTIA Escape, the difference between a reset and a wipe is often three words spoken at the right time. This callout sheet gives your party copy-paste templates for chase pressure, puzzle ownership, and item ferrying—designed for voice shorthand or Roblox chat macros. Read co-op tips for philosophy; use this page in lobby before you descend.

How to use this sheet

  1. Pick five lines your group will actually say—not twenty nobody remembers.
  2. Paste favorites into Discord pinned messages or phone notes.
  3. Assign who may override callouts (usually puzzle lead during puzzles, lookout during chases).
  4. Pair with roles from the team roles tier list and the party checklist.
  5. After the run, note which callouts failed in the floor tracker.

Good callouts are direction + intent. Bad callouts are emotion without information.

Chase callouts (copy-paste)

Use during chase music or when audio telegraphs pressure.

CHASE — direction — [LEFT HALL / LOOP BACK / STAIR DOWN]
THREAT ON ME — heading [direction]
CLEAR LANE — do not block [door name you agree on, e.g. “green door”]
BREAK INTERACT — drop puzzle now
REGROUP — stack on [player name or “PING”]
ONE DOWN — need rescue at [direction / landmark you both know]
LOST VISUAL — still alive, heading [direction]
AUDIO UP — stinger heard, no visual yet

Drill these alongside survive chases. Lookouts own chase templates; puzzle leads repeat BREAK INTERACT when greed kills groups.

Puzzle callouts (copy-paste)

Use when claiming rooms, sequencing interacts, or preventing double-solves.

CLAIM ROOM — [short room label you agree on, e.g. “clock wall”]
NEED HOLD — [player] on interact, do not touch
SEQUENCE — [A then B then C] — wait for call
CHECK LEFT — scout only, reunify in [seconds]
SOFTLOCK? — stop inputs, describe what you see
PASS ITEM — need ferry to [direction]
READY CHECK — all here before descend interact
PUZZLE PAUSE — chase audio, release channel

Pair with puzzle tips and floors overview language so room labels stay consistent within your group—even without official floor names.

Item ferry callouts (copy-paste)

Ferry chains wipe parties who stay silent.

I HAVE ITEM — moving to [destination]
NEED RECEIVER — stand at [landmark]
DOOR HOLD — keep [door] open ten seconds
SWAP NOW — mid-point handoff
CLEARED PATH — safe to cross
BLOCKED — enemy lane, alternate route
DROP FOR REVIVE — placing item, do not grab yet

Item ownership should be decided in lobby via play with friends habits, not invented mid-chase.

Economy and lobby callouts

Short lines for between-floor moments:

CODE CHECK — anyone redeem before next push?
BUY SURVIVAL — repeating chase death, suggest upgrade
EMOTE HOLD — saving for [node name from tier list]
PATCH? — did anyone read Updates today?
TEACH MODE — slow down for new player
TILT STOP — one more run then break

Codes are empty as of August 2026, but CODE CHECK remains worth saying after Roblox updates.

Voice versus text formatting

Voice: say direction first, name second. “CHASE LEFT HALL, Maya on me” beats “Maya oh my god it’s here.”

Text: uppercase macros, no paragraphs. One message per idea. If three people type novels, chases win.

Mobile players should pin three chase lines on a second device—see mobile guide.

Anti-patterns this sheet fixes

  • Screaming without direction—see common mistakes.
  • Two puzzle leads overwriting each other’s interacts.
  • Ferry player silent until wipe.
  • Friend-group banter occupying the voice channel during stingers.

Customizing for your stack

Rename landmarks per session in lobby (“greenhouse hall” vs “statue corner”) but keep verbs stable: CHASE, CLAIM, FERRY, REGROUP. Stable verbs survive when patches move props.

Paste less, mean more. The Emotion Prison listens to parties who sound boring on voice—and boring is how you live long enough to spend Emote on purpose.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for Emotion Prison runs and Roblox BETA questions.

How many callouts should our group memorize?

Start with five: CHASE + direction, BREAK INTERACT, REGROUP, PASS ITEM, and CLAIM ROOM. Add more only if people use them.

Do callouts work without voice chat?

Yes, if everyone uses the same short text macros and stops typing paragraphs during pressure.

Who should call chases?

Primarily the lookout, but anyone with visual should add direction. Puzzle lead repeats BREAK INTERACT when needed.

Can we change the template words?

Keep verbs stable even if landmarks change. Custom room nicknames are fine inside your group if everyone agrees in lobby.

Where do roles fit?

Assign puzzle lead, lookout, scout, and flex using the team roles tier list, then map callouts to those jobs.

What if callouts fail repeatedly?

Log the failure in the floor tracker, reread co-op tips, and shrink to fewer macros next session.
